Complaints

 

Terms and conditions regarding the complaint of wallpaper adhesive:


1). Quality complaint may be the glue which after opening the package has changed appearance so: an apparent decrease the viscosity, the presence of foreign materials, non-uniformity consistency.


2).
Complaints cannot be the glue that on the day of purchase has a long expiry date - about 12 months from the date of manufacture and which expiry date at the time of filing the complaint is nearing expiration - approximately 60 days.


3).
It cannot be complained the adhesive which is not used in accordance with the manufacturer\'s instructions visible on the package.


4). In the case of visible defects of the glue (see section 1) we suggest to take a picture, fill out a complaint protocol and send it to the company address KBM Sp. z o.o or by email: chemia@kbm.com.pl and sale@kbm.com.pl.


5).
The complaint will be dealt with within 21 days from the date of notification.


6). The goods which you complain about should be saved till the moment of outcome of the complaint. The basis for an exchange or a correction is to return the defective batch to the manufacturer - KBM Sp. z o.o, ul. Czyżewskiego 31A, 97-400 Belchatow.
